SUSPENSION TRAINING

Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.
Kettleball TRAINING
Monday & Wednesday, 11am – 11:30am
Kettlebells help to build balance, power, muscle and more! A kettlebell is a cast-iron ball with a handle attached to the top of it and training is great for men and women of all shapes and sizes.

Tuesday & Thursday, 10am – 10:30am
HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
Circuit TRAINING
Tuesday & Thursday, 11am – 11:30am
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise “circuit” is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program.
